Allow to add, remove, or edit players/teams before the tournament starts

We don't always care about points. Sometimes we just want to rotate and have fun. Have an option for just rec play or tournament play. Thanks.

Allow to generate more rounds

Some people would like to continue playing the tournament. Allow to add more rounds/games.
