Calculating matchups wrong when picking 8 rounds...

I have 16 players and 3 courts - if i make 4 rounds, then everyone will play 3 matches, cause everytime 4 people will not play - and that works - if i choose to play 12 rounds, everyone plays 9 and that works too - but for some reason if i pick 8 rounds, then it fucks up and give all 6 matches as it should, except it gives 2 people 7 matches, and 2 people 5 matches. so we wont be able to play 6 matches all, even tho its possible - the software just fucks up, and theres no where to contact them regarding this - we just bought PRO, and now thats useless for us

And if i just add rounds to the existing 3 rounds - and i add 4 rounds, it just makes the exact same 4 rounds, so 4 player never plays - amateur.....

And here to show that it works with 3 per player, so as you can see, should work with 6 aswell - just double up the following list - but the shit software dont know how to do it, and again, dosent give me the feature, to just change this manually.
I tried to just create 12 rounds instead, and then we'll stop after 8, but the 8th round is what fucks all up for them - and makes so some play 7 and some 5.
Just did it myself in excel instead, such a easy fix.
Cancelled my subscription, dosent work.

i dont understand why it dosent work - obv problem in their software, but just so stupid - and that you are not able to change it manually, is even worse - waste of money
